How it began
From a home kitchen to your celebration
Djib's Kitchen began around a single family table — where recipes from Djibouti were passed down, measured in handfuls and memory rather than grams. What started as cooking for neighbours and community gatherings soon became the kitchen people asked for at their weddings, their offices, and their most important nights.
Today we bring that same home-cooked care to every event — pairing the spices and slow techniques of East African cooking with the precision and presentation of French culinary craft. Every plate is made to order, by hand, the day of your event.
